The Madden Underground Pro League returns for the Madden NFL 27 cycle with 32 committed competitors and a complete four-season Franchise experience on Xbox Series X|S , PlayStation 5 and PC .

MUPL members can expect:

• Weekly podcasts and league coverage
• Featured Game of the Week broadcasts with live commentary
• Full roster management, trades, free agency, player development and drafts
• A competitive 32-user community where every game matters
• A $1,600 prize pool each season

Important Registration Information

• One-Time Registration Fee: $100
• League Cycle: Four seasons
• Monthly Membership: All participants must maintain an active $5 Madden Underground subscription
• Team Fee: Sold separately and not included with registration
• Team Selection Date: August 15, 2026
• Team Selection Format: First-come, first-served through the official MUPL Team Store

Your $100 registration secures one of the 32 available league positions for the Madden NFL 27 cycle. It does not guarantee a specific NFL team.

Registration and No-Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Thank you for registering for the Madden Underground Pro League. Before completing your purchase, please carefully review the following terms.

1. Registration Fee

A one-time registration fee of $100 is required to secure your position in the Madden Underground Pro League for the complete four-season Madden NFL 27 cycle.

The registration fee does not include your team-selection fee or the required $5 monthly Madden Underground subscription.

2. Non-Refundable Registration

All registration payments are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Refunds will not be issued because of:

• Participant withdrawal or inactivity
• Schedule conflicts
• Team-selection results
• Failure to obtain a preferred team
• Failure to maintain the required monthly subscription
• Removal or disqualification for violating league rules
• Personal, technical or availability issues

3. Four-Season Commitment

By completing registration, you confirm your intention to participate throughout the Madden NFL 27 four-season league cycle.

Leaving the league before the cycle is completed does not qualify you for a full or partial refund.

4. Team Selection

Team selection takes place on August 15, 2026, through the official Madden Underground Team Store.

Only registered members will be eligible to participate. Teams will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The $100 registration fee does not include your team purchase and does not guarantee a specific NFL team. All team purchases are separate and non-refundable.

5. Monthly Subscription Requirement

Every MUPL participant must maintain an active $5 monthly Madden Underground subscription throughout the league cycle.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may affect league eligibility and does not entitle the participant to a registration or team-fee refund.

6. League Rules and Conduct

All participants are required to follow the official Madden Underground Pro League rules, scheduling requirements and community guidelines.

Violations may result in suspension or removal from the league without a refund.

7. Prize Payouts

League prizes will be distributed according to the officially published payout structure after results have been confirmed.

Prize winnings are separate from registration, subscription and team-selection fees. Earning or failing to earn a prize does not change the non-refundable status of those payments.

8. Policy Acknowledgment

This policy applies equally to every participant. Except where required by applicable law, Madden Underground cannot provide individual exceptions.

By completing registration and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Registration and No-Refund Policy.
