Franchise League Requirement – All Madden Underground Franchise League members must maintain an active $5 Monthly subscription.
Team Selection – 8/15/26
How Team Selection Works
- Complete your $100 MUPL 27 registration to secure one of the available league spots for the four-season cycle.
- Registration does not include your team fee.
- The MUPL Team Store opens August 15 at 12pm PDT exclusively for registered members.
- Teams will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with prices ranging from $75 to $250.
- Your team is not officially secured until checkout is completed. If your preferred team is taken, you must select another available team.
- All league members must also maintain an active $5 monthly Madden Underground subscription.
Teams will be sold in our official Team Store on a first-come, first-serve basis to registered members. Don’t miss your chance to rep your favorite squad.
