The 2026 MUFL Draft delivered everything the league has come to expect — chaos, surprises, steals, reaches, sleeper hits, and a few moments that will be talked about all season long. From franchise quarterbacks being crowned to defensive cornerstones reshaping entire divisions, this draft class is one of the deepest and most impactful we’ve seen in years.
Some GMs stayed disciplined and built patiently.
Others swung for the fences.
A few drafted like they were blindfolded.
And several teams walked out of the draft with rosters that look dangerously close to championship-ready.
This is the official Madden Underground Draft Breakdown — a full team-by-team evaluation with detailed analysis, scheme fit commentary, depth-chart impact, and final draft grades.
Let’s get into it.
AFC NORTH
Baltimore Ravens
Top Picks: Caleb Banks (DT), Randon Fontenette (SS), Jaishawn Barham (MLB), Carson Beck (QB)
Summary:
The Ravens went trenches-first, grabbing DT Caleb Banks who fits Baltimore’s long-standing love for interior bullies. Banks brings power, block-shed and immediate rotational starter value in Year 1. Day 2 was all about athleticism — Fontenette and Barham give Baltimore flexibility in nickel and dime sub-packages. Carson Beck was a smart late-round developmental QB.
Strengths: Violent defensive front upgrades, versatile LB additions
Concerns: No WR depth, offensive help missing
Grade: B+
Cincinnati Bengals
Top Picks: Eric Singleton Jr. (WR), Drew Shelton (RG), DaQuan Watkins (SS)
Summary:
Cincinnati walked out with rotational pieces, but not a true difference maker. Singleton is shifty but developmental. Shelton helps the OL but doesn’t project as long-term starter. Watkins is a depth safety.
Strengths: Depth at WR and OL
Concerns: No defensive cornerstone added; no impact starter
Grade: C
Cleveland Browns
Top Picks: Sincere Brown (WR), Kendrick Law (WR), Kadyn Proctor (LT), Diego Pavia (QB), Makhi Hughes (HB), Connor Lew (C)

Summary:
Pittsburgh went franchise-hunting at No. 1 with Taylen Green. His athleticism gives them a modern identity. Rounds 4–7 were sneaky-good — Ferrell and Snead bring speed to the defense, Lane is a WR4 who can grow, and Jam Miller may become a change-of-pace weapon.

Concerns: Green must develop quickly
Grade: A-
